Anti-Melan A Antibody [A19-P]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone A19-P) specifically binds Melan A and is supplied in liquid form. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed for human samples in immunohistochemical applications, including paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) tissue.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human Melan A, and recognises the epitope situated between Glu105 and Pro115. It is provided in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0 with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. For immunohistochemistry, a working dilution range of 1:100–1:200 is recommended.
