Anti-MEL-1B-R (V39) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human MEL-1B-R. The unconjugated antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples, with confirmed specificity for detecting endogenous levels of MEL-1B-R protein.

Supplied as a liquid at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 40 kDa.
