Anti-MEK5 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against MEK5, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody for use in Western blot (WB). The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated with one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide sequence around amino acids 311-315 (K-T-Y-V-G) derived from Rat MEK5. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total MEK5 protein and is purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
