Anti-MEK2 (R388) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets MEK2 and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of human MEK-2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is reported to be > 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of MEK2 protein, with the target migrating at approximately 45 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
