Anti-MEK2 (phospho-T394) Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MEK2 phosphorylated at threonine 394. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 394, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr394. It is supplied unconjugated.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
