Anti-MEK2 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies portfolio, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal immunoglobulin G (IgG) raised against recombinant full-length human MEK2 (MAPKK2). Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the 50 µl format is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and reliably detects endogenous levels of the MEK2 kinase (~45 kDa) in human, mouse, and rat samples. Each lot is affinity-chromatography purified using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the antibody is unconjugated to give researchers full flexibility for downstream labelling. With polyclonal coverage of multiple epitopes on the target, it is well suited to studies of the MAPK/ERK signalling cascade where MEK1/MEK2 activation is being investigated.
