Anti-MEK2 (Ab-394) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the dual-specificity kinase MEK2 (also known as MAP2K2, MAPKK 2, MKK2, PRKMK2 or ERK activator kinase 2) and targets an epitope centred on residues 392–396 (P-G-T-P-T) of the human protein. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total MEK2 and is supplied in a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no carrier protein or preservative beyond azide. It is unconjugated, of the rabbit IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified by chromatography on an epitope-specific peptide following immunization with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate, ensuring selective recognition of the intended region of MEK2.
