Anti-MEK1 (Ser298) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MEK1, specifically recognising the Ser298 residue of the protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is supplied unconjugated.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–320 of Human MEK1. The reagent detects endogenous levels of MEK1 protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography employing the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an approximate molecular weight of 43 kDa.
