Anti-MEK1 (phospho-T292) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MEK1 when phosphorylated at Threonine 292 (phospho-T292). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 292. According to the manufacturer, the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr292, and the target migrates at approximately 43 kDa. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples.
