Phosphorylation of MEK1 at threonine 292, a regulatory modification within the MAPK/ERK signaling cascade, can be probed with this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit. The reagent recognizes MAP2K1 only when phosphorylated at T292, a site associated with feedback regulation of the pathway and with cellular stress signaling.
Validation data span Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence across human, mouse, and rat samples. The Antibodies.com product is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) with 15 mM sodium azide as preservative, and is unconjugated for flexible downstream labeling.
For short-term storage keep at 4 °C; for longer-term use, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C to preserve phospho-specific binding activity across multiple experiments.
