Anti-MEK1 (phospho-T286) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MEK1 and specifically detects the protein only when phosphorylated at Threonine 286 (Thr286). The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK1 surrounding the Thr286 phosphorylation site. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target MEK1 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
