Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting MEK1 (phospho-S298). It is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot applications, with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 298, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser298.
The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~43 kDa.
