It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and has been validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was generated using recombinant human MAP2K2 protein as the immunogen.
