Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against recombinant full length human MEK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody detects endogenous levels of the MEK1 protein and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The MEK1 target has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
