Anti-MEK1/2 (phospho-S218/222) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 218. The antibody detects endogenous levels of MEK-1 only when phosphorylated at Ser218, and also detects endogenous MEK-2 only when phosphorylated at Thr222. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and shows a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. Affinity purification yields purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Two scientific images are available.
