Anti-MEK-7 (Phospho-Ser271) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MEK-7 (Phospho-Ser271) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human MEK-7 around the phosphorylation site of S271. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK-7 protein only when phosphorylated at S271, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
