Description
This affinity-purified polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets MEK-7. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse and rat samples.
The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 241-290 of human MEK-7 and subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
