Anti-MEK-6 (S201) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MEK-6 (S201), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with two scientific validation images supporting these applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–320 of human MEK-6. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK-6 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE; the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
