Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of Human MEK-6. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The reagent detects endogenous levels of MEK-6 protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
