Anti-MEK-6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MEK-6, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is suitable for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with validation data available for ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and was generated against recombinant full-length human MEK-6 as the immunogen.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of MEK-6 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
