A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is offered for the detection of MEK-4, with reactivity directed at the Q253 region of the target. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Applications indicated for the antibody include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
