Anti-MEK-4 (Phospho-Ser80) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MEK-4 when phosphorylated at serine 80. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human MEK-4 around the phosphorylation site of S80, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MEK-4 protein only when phosphorylated at S80. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
