Anti-MEK-4/ MAP2K4 (phospho-T261) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against MEK-4 / MAP2K4 phosphorylated at threonine 261. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been tested for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK-4 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 261, and by design the antibody detects endogenous levels of SEK1 / MKK4 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr261. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 44 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
