Anti-MEK-4/ MAP2K4 (phospho-S80) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets MEK-4 / MAP2K4 when phosphorylated at Serine 80. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEK-4 around the Serine 80 phosphorylation site and specifically detects endogenous levels of SEK1/MKK4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser80. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 44 kDa.
