Anti-MEK-4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human MEK-4 around the non-phosphorylation site of S80, and is intended for the detection of endogenous MEK-4 protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the polyclonal host species is rabbit. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
