Anti-MEK-3 (S183) Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against MEK-3 (S183). Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of Human MEK-3, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of MKK3 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and its purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 39 kDa, and the product is supported by two scientific validation images.
