Anti-MEK-1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthesised peptide derived from human MEK-1 around the non-phosphorylation site of T286 and detects endogenous levels of MEK-1 protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
