Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Meis1 (I278), validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reactive with human and mouse samples. The reagent is unconjugated and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Meis1 protein.
It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 251-300 of human Meis1. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.
Purification was by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
