Anti-MEF2D (phospho-S444) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MEF2D (phospho-S444) from Antibodies.com, supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEF2D surrounding the phosphorylation site at Serine 444. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of MEF2D protein only when phosphorylated at Ser444. The indicated molecular weight of the target is approximately 56 kDa.

Validated applications are WB and IHC, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
