Anti-MEF2C Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com targets MEF2C (myocyte enhancer factor 2C) and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant human MEF2C immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the same immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total MEF2C protein. The product ships at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
