Anti-MEF2A (Acetyl-K403) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against MEF2A, specifically recognising the protein when acetylated at lysine 403 (K403). The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic acetylated peptide derived from human MEF2A around the acetylation site of lysine 403, and detects endogenous levels of MEF-2 protein only when acetylated at Lys403.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3. The antibody has been affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 96% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa.
