Anti-MEF-2 (phospho-T312) Antibody

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MEF-2 around the Thr312 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MEF-2 only when phosphorylated at this residue. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
