Anti-MEF-2 (P313) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MEF-2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with 2 scientific validation images. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-350 of human MEF-2, and the polyclonal antiserum was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of MEF2A protein, with a molecular weight of ~55 kDa, and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
