Anti-MEF-2 (I402) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MEF-2 and detects endogenous levels of MEF2A protein. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 380-330 of human MEF-2 as the immunogen, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, with a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.

The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
