Anti-MEF-2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against MEF-2 (Myelin Expression Factor 2) and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated, liquid preparation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide derived from human MEF-2 around the non-phosphorylation site of T312 — and it specifically detects endogenous levels of endogenous MEF-2 protein. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been verified to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples; known synonyms reported on the supplier datasheet are KIAA1341, MST156, MyEF-2 and MYEF2.
