Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated IgG antibody recognises MED4. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human MED4 (NP_054885.1), and is validated for western blotting on human samples.
The recommended working range for western blot is 1:200–1:2,000, and the target migrates at approximately 36 kDa. The antibody has been affinity purified and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the concentration is lot specific.
The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
