Anti-MED31 Antibody

The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples, with an isotype of IgG.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human MED31, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MED31 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. MED31 is also known by the synonyms hSOH1, Mediator complex subunit 31, Mediator complex subunit SOH1, Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 31, and SOH1.
