Anti-MED28 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MED28 (Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 28), a protein also referred to as EG1, Endothelial-derived protein 1, Magicin, Mediator complex subunit 28, Merlin and Grb2-interacting cytoskeletal protein, and Tumor angiogenesis marker EG-1.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MED28, specifically detects endogenous levels of the MED28 protein, and runs at a molecular weight of approximately 20 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
