Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to MED24, supplied as a liquid. It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-160 of human MED24 (NP_055630.2). The target has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended dilutions for WB are 1:500-1:2,000.
The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
