Anti-MED23 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against MED23 (also known as DRIP130) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human MED23. Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated preparation is intended for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been validated for the detection of endogenous levels of total MED23 protein in human samples. The antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Suitable as a research-grade reagent only, it is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
