Anti-MED20 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MED20 (also referred to as TRFP/MED20). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa, and a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The product ships at 4°C; on receipt, aliquoting and storage at -20°C is recommended, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. One scientific validation image is included.

The immunogen used to generate this antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–212 of human MED20 (NP_004266.2).
