Anti-MED1 Antibody

Raised in Rabbit against MED1 (Mediator complex subunit 1), a scaffolding component of the mammalian Mediator complex that bridges DNA-bound transcription factors with RNA polymerase II and supports transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors, including thyroid hormone receptor, PPARγ, and estrogen receptor. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse tissue, where it yields a discrete nuclear staining pattern consistent with MED1's chromatin-associated distribution.
