Anti-ME2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ME2, supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, has a molecular weight of 55 kDa, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 220–479 of human ME2 (NP_001161807.1). The reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IP: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
