Description
Provided by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Mdr-1 and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 551-600 of human Mdr-1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
It specifically detects endogenous levels of Mdr-1 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
