Anti-MDMX (phospho Ser367) Antibody [#15]

This Antibodies.com mouse monoclonal antibody (clone #15) selectively recognizes MDMX (also called MDM4/HDMX) when phosphorylated at serine 367, a modification triggered by DNA damage that promotes β-TrCP-mediated ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of MDMX, thereby activating p53 tumor suppressor signaling.

The reagent is supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation in a vial and has been validated for western blot, immunoprecipitation, and ELISA workflows, with confirmed reactivity against human and mouse samples. Clone #15 has been used in published studies dissecting ATM/ATR-dependent signaling, MDMX turnover kinetics, and the p53-MDM2-MDMX regulatory loop in cancer cell lines.
