Anti-MDM2 (phospho S260) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises MDM2 when phosphorylated at Ser260. It is raised in rabbit, of IgG isotype, unconjugated, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C for transit; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended WB working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
