Anti-MDM2 (phospho-S166) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognises MDM2 only when phosphorylated at Serine 166. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MDM2 around the Ser166 phosphorylation site. Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the reagent detects endogenous MDM2 protein exclusively in its phosphorylated state. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and shows > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is ~ 55,90 kDa.
