Anti-MDM2 (phospho-S166) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, specifically recognizes MDM2 phosphorylated at serine 166, a modification catalyzed primarily by AKT/PKB that activates the protein's E3 ubiquitin ligase activity and drives its nuclear translocation.
