Anti-MDM2 (phospho-S166) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against MDM2 phosphorylated at Serine 166. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MDM2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 166, and specifically detects endogenous levels of MDM2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser166. Reported molecular weights are approximately 55 and 90 kDa.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
