Anti-MDM2 (Ab-166) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets MDM2 at the Ab-166 epitope and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 164–168 (A-I-S-E-T) of human MDM2 and was affinity-purified using the epitope-specific peptide. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for IF. Cross-reactivity has been demonstrated on Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.
